Social Media Intern

Responsibilities

Plan and publish a weekly content calendar
Capture and edit short-form vertical video at events
Write engaging captions and monitor community replies
Track performance metrics and suggest optimizations

Strong familiarity with Reels/TikTok editing
Clear writing and on-brand tone awareness
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Drive revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing sponsorships for combines, tournaments, and digital properties.

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify sponsor leads across relevant categories
Craft proposals and package inventory (on-site, digital, content)
Manage pipeline, outreach cadence, and reporting
Negotiate terms and coordinate with event operations

Qualifications

Proven sales experience (sports/events a plus)
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Self-starter with an ownership mindset
Comfortable with CRM and tracking activity

Athlete Onboarding Intern

Internship

Unpaid + stipend/credit eligible

Part-time, 8–12 hrs/week

Support athletes and parents through pre-event registration, day-of check-in, and post-event profile setup.

Responsibilities

Answer basic questions via email and at events
Assist with registration accuracy and check-in flow
Guide families on digital profiles and results access
Capture feedback to improve the athlete experience

Qualifications

Excellent people skills and patience
Comfortable with spreadsheets and simple admin tools
Professional, reliable, and team-first attitude
Weekend availability during event dates

Event Volunteer

Volunteer

Unpaid / Community Service Hours Eligible

Event-based (weekends/evenings)

Support TTS operations at combines, tournaments, community golf outings, and 5K events.

Responsibilities

Assist with check-in, waivers, and wristbands
Field setup/tear-down, signage, hydration stations
Timekeeping, score running, and station support
Hospitality and wayfinding for families and partners

Qualifications

Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
Comfortable on your feet and lifting up to ~25 lbs
Great communication with parents and athletes
Weekend availability; prior event experience a plus
