By participating in the golf tournament (the “Event”), I acknowledge that golf and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to risks of injury from swings, errant balls, uneven terrain, weather, equipment, and other participants.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. I hereby release and hold harmless the Event organizers, sponsors, venue owners, volunteers, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I represent that I am physically able to participate, will comply with all Event rules and staff instructions, and will use reasonable care to ensure the safety of myself and others.

I grant the Event the right to administer basic first aid and, if necessary, seek emergency medical care on my behalf. I am responsible for any associated costs.

By checking the agreement box during registration, I confirm I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this waiver.
