By participating in this event, the purchaser and all related participants acknowledge the physical nature of athletic activity and accept the standard participation, health, and emergency-response terms listed below.
Release of Liability
Participants release the event organizers, facilities, sponsors, staff, and affiliated partners from liability for injuries, losses, or damages except where prohibited by law.
Participation is voluntary and takes place with awareness of the inherent risks associated with competition, travel, and related event activity.
Health Certification
The purchaser confirms that each participant is physically able to take part and does not have a known condition that would make participation unsafe.
Any medical concerns, limitations, or relevant safety needs should be disclosed before participation where appropriate.
Emergency Care
If emergency circumstances arise, event staff may secure medical assistance that is reasonably necessary for participant safety.
This waiver applies across tournament and event-related activities connected to the registration.
