A Letter from Gregg
Dear Athlete and Family,
Welcome to The Talent Showcase.
When an athlete joins TTS, we do not see only a roster spot, ranking, highlight clip, or social media profile. We see a young person with goals, pressure, potential, and a family that wants guidance they can trust. This Agreement was created to make that partnership clear.
TTS exists to help athletes prepare for what comes with opportunity. That includes recruiting visibility, NIL readiness, personal branding, player development, education, professionalism, and access to people who can help them grow. Some athletes need recruiting support. Some need development and accountability. Some need media, branding, or NIL guidance. Some need all of it. Our role is to help identify the right path and support the athlete with integrity, structure, and care.
We believe athletes are more than their performance. They are students, leaders, community members, sons, daughters, teammates, and future professionals. Our work is designed to support the full athlete, not just the next post, next offer, next event, or next season.
This Agreement explains what TTS provides, what the athlete and family are selecting, how fees and commissions work, and what each party can expect. It also introduces our Player Development Network, including training partners, basketball development resources, and programs that may support an athlete's growth on and off the court.
Thank you for trusting TTS to be part of this journey. We look forward to helping you move with purpose, prepare with intention, and represent yourself with excellence.
Sincerely,
Gregg Fittz
President, The Talent Showcase

1. About The Talent Showcase
The Talent Showcase, LLC ("TTS," "Agency," "we," "us," or "our") is a full-service athlete representation and development agency built to help athletes navigate the modern sports landscape. TTS supports athletes through recruiting visibility, NIL representation, brand development, content strategy, player development, educational resources, sponsorship support, and access to trusted development partners.
TTS serves high school, college, and emerging athletes who are preparing for the next level of competition, visibility, responsibility, and opportunity. The modern athlete is no longer evaluated only by performance. Coaches, schools, sponsors, families, media, and community partners also evaluate preparation, professionalism, character, digital presence, accountability, and readiness. TTS helps athletes and families organize those areas with a clear plan.
Mission
Our mission is to help athletes grow with purpose through representation, development, education, exposure, and opportunity. TTS is committed to building athletes, not just brands.
Vision
Our vision is to become a trusted agency home for athletes and families seeking guidance in recruiting, NIL, player development, media, and long-term athlete readiness. We aim to create a system where athletes receive structure, visibility, and support while learning how to carry themselves with professionalism in every room they enter.
Who We Serve
High school athletes seeking recruiting visibility, development, education, and exposure.
College athletes seeking NIL representation, brand guidance, opportunity support, and professional development.
Parents and guardians seeking a trusted partner to help organize the athlete journey.
Athletes who understand that performance, preparation, character, and communication all matter.
Agency Philosophy
TTS believes athletes should be prepared before opportunity arrives. That preparation includes the way an athlete trains, communicates, studies, posts, presents themselves, responds to feedback, handles pressure, and represents their family, school, team, community, and brand partners. Our agency model is built around development first, visibility second, and opportunity with responsibility.
TTS Standard
We do not promise scholarships, offers, sponsorships, NIL income, playing time, rankings, or roster placement. We do promise to provide selected services in good faith, support athletes with professionalism, and help families better understand the process.
2. Why Families Choose TTS
Families choose TTS because the athlete journey can be confusing, fast-moving, and difficult to manage alone. Recruiting, NIL, development, social media, brand opportunities, film, events, eligibility, and communication all overlap. TTS helps bring structure to that process.
TTS is not simply a posting service, recruiting consultant, trainer, or event company. TTS is an athlete development agency designed to help athletes and families understand the whole picture. We help identify what the athlete needs now, what may be needed later, and what services can support those goals.
Clarity around services, fees, expectations, and next steps.
Access to recruiting visibility support, NIL guidance, player development resources, and media services.
A development-minded approach that values preparation, accountability, and professionalism.
Flexible service options so athletes can begin with the level of support that fits their current needs.
An expanding network of trainers, evaluators, media partners, and development specialists.
3. Agreement Overview and Parties
This Athlete Partnership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between The Talent Showcase, LLC, with Virginia offices at 16488 Chattanooga Lane, Suite 101, Woodbridge, VA 22191, and the athlete identified below ("Athlete"). If the Athlete is under the age of eighteen (18), a parent or legal guardian must also sign this Agreement and is referred to as "Parent/Guardian."
This Agreement establishes the terms under which TTS may provide representation, development, recruiting visibility, NIL support, branding guidance, media services, player development access, premium services, and related athlete support. Services are provided according to the selections made in the Athlete's TTS Development Plan and any later written addendum approved by the parties.

TTS may communicate with third parties on behalf of the Athlete when authorized and when such communication is appropriate under applicable rules, policies, and law. 5. TTS Player Development Network
TTS may provide athletes with access to a Player Development Network made up of approved trainers, coaches, evaluators, performance specialists, development platforms, and service partners. The Player Development Network is designed to help athletes receive targeted support in areas such as basketball skill development, athletic performance, evaluation, accountability, confidence, basketball IQ, recruiting readiness, and long-term growth.

Important Note
Participation in the Player Development Network is optional unless it is specifically selected in the TTS Development Plan or included in a written package. Training services may require separate scheduling, payment, attendance, and cancellation terms.
6. Professional Advancement Pathway
Some athletes will eventually pursue opportunities beyond high school and collegiate athletics into professional basketball. TTS may support that transition by helping qualified athletes and families understand when a professional advancement conversation may be appropriate.
TTS has established a strategic relationship with ProActive Sports Management Group ("PSMG"), which serves as the official and exclusive professional basketball representation and athlete advisory partner connected to TTS basketball operations. PSMG is a professional sports management, athlete development, and basketball representation organization focused on professional basketball careers.
Through this pathway, qualified athletes may be introduced to PSMG or its representatives for consideration of professional basketball representation, professional basketball pathway consulting, NIL education, athlete branding consultation, scouting and evaluation support, overseas basketball pathway consultation, transfer portal advisory support, draft preparation services, professional athlete education, and long-term career planning.
PSMG is separate from Coach Charles basketball training, Three60Basketball evaluation, and TTS membership services. Coach Charles remains a basketball skills development resource. Three60Basketball remains an evaluation, testing, reporting, and benchmarking resource. PSMG is the professional advancement and representation pathway.
Selection for this pathway is based on athlete readiness, performance, character, opportunity, mutual interest, and acceptance by PSMG. An introduction to PSMG does not guarantee professional representation, contracts, draft selection, roster placement, endorsements, compensation, NIL opportunities, overseas placement, transfer opportunities, or other professional outcomes.
Any services provided directly by PSMG are independent of this Agreement and may require separate evaluation, acceptance, agreements, fees, commissions, or representation terms. TTS does not bind PSMG, and PSMG does not become responsible for any TTS service unless separately agreed in writing.
7. Player Development Assessment and Enrollment
The Player Development Assessment and Enrollment process is designed to help TTS understand the Athlete's current stage of development and recommend a pathway for improvement. This is not a generic setup fee. It is the starting point for building a development plan that may connect the Athlete to the right training, evaluation, visibility, and support resources.
The assessment may be completed through a live consultation, digital intake form, film review, skill session, trainer feedback, performance review, recruiting profile review, or a combination of those methods. The format may vary based on the Athlete's age, sport, position, location, selected services, and available information.
Assessment May Include
Athlete intake and goals discussion.
Skill and position evaluation.
Review of current training habits and development needs.
Recruiting visibility review where applicable.
Player development profile setup.
Recommended development pathway.
Trainer or program placement recommendation.
Scheduling and onboarding support.
Progress tracking setup when applicable.
The Player Development Assessment does not guarantee improvement, playing time, recruiting outcomes, rankings, scholarships, offers, invitations, or NIL opportunities. Athlete progress depends on many factors, including effort, attendance, health, coachability, training consistency, team environment, competition level, and personal commitment.
8. Membership Services
TTS may offer optional monthly athlete development memberships. Membership services are designed to provide ongoing structure, education, and guidance. Memberships are not full-service management programs unless expressly stated in writing.

No Improper Inducement
TTS does not provide NIL opportunities as an inducement to enroll at, remain enrolled at, transfer to, or compete for any specific school, club, team, college, university, or athletic program. What Success Looks Like in the First 30 Days
The athlete and family understand the selected services and next steps.
TTS has accurate athlete information, film, school details, contact information, and goals.
The athlete has a clearer development, recruiting, branding, or NIL pathway.
Any selected membership, training, assessment, or premium service has been activated or scheduled.
The athlete understands communication expectations and professional standards.
Ongoing Partnership
After the first 30 days, TTS and the Athlete continue working according to the selected services. The Athlete's pathway may evolve as goals change, seasons progress, recruiting needs shift, development priorities emerge, or new opportunities become available. Additional services may be added by written agreement when appropriate.
Final Note to Families
The best athlete partnerships work when communication is clear, expectations are understood, and everyone takes responsibility for their role. TTS is here to support the journey, but the athlete must continue to do the work.
