What TTS is helping with

Jordan is working toward getting recruited. exposure, verified testing and recruiting guidance

For parents

Guidance from TTS
  • What Parents Should Know About the Recruiting Timeline

Recruiting moves in seasons — evaluation periods, live periods and quiet periods each have different rules and different coach activity. Expect silence in stretches, and use it to keep improving. A strong plan accounts for the calendar, not just the highlight reel.

  • Helping Without Taking Over

Your job isn't to be the recruiter — it's to be the steady one. Ask questions instead of giving instructions, let your athlete lead conversations with coaches, and be the safe place after tough games. Programs notice families that support without steering.

  • Questions to Ask Before Choosing a Camp or Showcase

Who actually attends — college coaches, or just photographers? Will your athlete be tested and timed by a credible provider? What does your athlete walk away with even if no offer comes? A good event answers all three before you pay.

  • What Verified Testing Actually Tells You

A verified 40 or vertical tells a college coach one thing: the number is real. It doesn't say who wins on Friday night — film and game IQ do. Treat testing as proof, not as a promise, and watch progress over time instead of single days.

  • When Your Athlete Isn't Hearing Back From Coaches

Silence usually means timing, not talent. Coaches recruit by class year and position need — your athlete's year may not be on the board yet. Keep film current, keep grades strong, and widen the list. Silence ends faster for athletes who keep producing.
