See the Floor
Great decisions begin with seeing what others may miss. Drawing from his experience as a point guard, Eric explores awareness, anticipation, decision-making and understanding how individual choices affect the people around you.
Leadership in Real Time
Leadership does not always give you time to stop and think. Eric connects the responsibilities of directing an offense and competing at the professional level with lessons about communication, preparation, accountability and making decisions under pressure.
Courage Under Pressure
Success does not eliminate adversity. Drawing from the challenges and achievements throughout his journey, Eric discusses perseverance, courage, maintaining perspective and continuing to perform when circumstances become difficult.
The Decisions That Shape What's Next
Careers and lives are often changed by decisions made long before the outcome is known. Eric speaks about preparation, choices, consequences, personal responsibility and learning to think beyond the immediate moment.
Defense Changes Everything
Eric graduated from Providence as the NCAA's career leader in steals. Using defense as a framework, Eric explores preparation, anticipation, discipline and the importance of paying attention to what is happening around you instead of simply reacting after the fact.
